Stock check before payment

Hi there,

I decided to use woocommerce after I read a little about it, however I can’t seem to use it as I have few “specific” need, and not sure on how to do them.
The stuff I sell are “1 peace each” only and I have an actual “physical” shop for that, now to use woocommerce to be able to sell online I need to check that I didn’t sell any peace on the shop while someone bought it online or the other way around.

So how to stop that from happening? I though of preventing the online checkout from paying until I approve the stock availability or maybe no accepting the payment?….

any suggestions?
