    Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    I’ve just tried resetting my password, and the email arrived (though it was moved to the bin), and the link allowed me to change it. Please try again and if it doesn’t work, open a ticket on Ticksy. We’ll be glad to help you with your account.

    Regarding your problem with Stock Central. It’s very weird because you say you didn’t update anything.

    • Are you running the latest versions of ATUM and WooCommerce?
    • It’s anything added to your PHP Error log when accessing the “empty” Stock Central? Please read this if you don’t know how to enable it.
    • What happens if you disable all plugins except ATUM and WooCommerce? Are the products shown in Stock Central then?

    Hi José,

    Thank you for replying so quickly. I was still unable to receive the email, in spam or otherwise, but after logging out of my account and back in again, I’m now able to post a new forum topic, so I’ll move this discussion there. In the meantime,

    • Yes, I’m running the latest versions of ATUM, WooCommerce, and WordPress
    • Even if I disable all plugins except for ATUM and WooCommerce the problem persists
