    Setting up a site for a friend who runs a dance school. No fees are taken on the site (just set to £0.00 and hidden ) but have added the classes as products and given a stock quantity to allow back orders too (max in a class because of Covid 19). It has gone live today and customers who have made errors in their order amounts have requested amendments. When we go in and refund from 4 to 1 it doesn’t show on our exports or on the order confirmations to clients. When we use an export to csv it also shows the original amount.
    Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

    If I understand it correctly you’ve added the dance classes as products with fees 0 which is set as hidden, you have also allowed backorders on these products.

    Can you explain the part where you refund? Do you mean some customers booked or purchased multiple classes by mistake and you would like to process the refund for theme even though there are no charges? If yes, you mentioned it doesn’t show on your exports or on the order confirmations to clients, do you mean the updated order quantity is not reflected on them?

    When we use an export to csv it also shows the original amount.

    What do you mean by the original amount? Do you mean 0?
