Stock alert not working when update stock via WooCommerce Stock Manager

Hi @carlosriquelmeg, the woocommerce stock manager is not compatible with WooCommerce Product Stock Alert.
However we do have plan to work on this support. You can track the progress of this from here : https://github.com/wcmarketplace/woocommerce-product-stock-alert/issues/19
