Still working in 2020! How about an option to show content based on 2 dropdowns?

    great plugin! And it is still working with the latest WordPress version.
    I would love to show the content based on tow unique dropdown fields.

    I have tried to seperate the names in the “name” field with an comma so it would recognize both inputs but it is not working.

    For example:

[dropdown-option value="opt2"]Den Haag[/dropdown-option]
[dropdown-option value="opt3"]Spanje[/dropdown-option]
