Still Waiting For Refund

    It’s a good plugin and I have invested in Lifetime pack but it did not workout well.

    I asked for a refund and it’s been for 10 or 11 days they still can’t process it. They keep mailing that my request is forwarded to the sales team.

    So think before investing in this product

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused. These days we are having some delays in refunds and support tickets because most of our team members are on leave.
    Due to the leave for the festive season here in Nepal, it is hard to get back on time. We know that because of it, delays occur but we are trying our best to get back on time.

    Regarding the refund too, we are trying to get it verified quickly and get it processed. In your case, it is already verified. The only thing left is to process it. We assure you that it will be processed asap. You do not need to worry about it. Please understand the situation and give us some time.
