    Still waiting to hear from you Dave…

    Paid for the GOLD package!!! I really appreciate the help when you can, but I’ve emailed you several times;
    with admin credit to my site twice, 2 and 4 weeks ago (you haven’t logged on),
    I asked you how to change the “file/.apk name” you replied asking “what name I wanted to change it to” I responded 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting…,
    I asked you about integrating (or using the “active plugin” section) rtMedia plugin into the app builder so users can upload pics and videos into BuddyPress because when your plugin is activated users cannot upload pic or videos into BuddyPress.

    I like the plugin except for the pics and video upload problem and I understand that you as we all are are busy, but at least respond.

    I’ve already paid the Gold package price and I’m willing to pay for extra support if you respond.

    No, I haven’t received your emails.

    If you are trying to rename the app you can do this by changing the title of on the WordApp control panel. Just drop me a message here and I will regenerate the app.

    I know that rtMedia upload is not working for you I hope to release an update on Monday to resolve this issue.
