• I initially had some issues with the plugin, particularly when it came to its compatibility with the FAQ section. I reached out to support but didn’t receive an immediate response, which was a bit concerning as we were considering switching themes. However, they got back to me quickly afterward and offered to customize the plugin to meet my specific needs.

    I genuinely appreciate the effort they’re putting in now to help my platform. Outside of the initial support delay, the plugin is great, and I’m looking forward to seeing how the customization improves our experience
