Still viable?

  • Seems to be no more updates. Excellent plugin actually. I wish someone would continue to update it.

    I’m raising this with the original developers, I hope to continue development if possible.

    I can’t get this to function correctly. For individual topics, the text “not resolved” displays but there is no option to change the status.

    I’m not a maintainer of this plugin just a user, but I have put up a mirror on Github:

    I’ve been applying fixes and using it quite successfully. I didn’t have any issues with the topic status feature. I suggest double checking your settings on the Settings : Forum admin page and make sure you have these options checked:

    Display Status: Resolved
    Display Status: Not Resolved
    Display Status: Not a support question

    Admin Allow the admin to update the topic status (recommended).
    Forum Moderator Allow the forum moderators to update the post status.

    Another item you need to check is that you need to make sure the forum is marked as a Support forum or the status option will not be shown. You change this by editing the forum [the icon that looks like a bee hive]. Under “Forum Attributes” there should be check box, “Support Forum” make sure that is checked and update the forum.
