“still Under construction” tab appearing everytime WC plugin is activated

    I seem to be having a weird issue here with my site. Every time anyone visits the site, a blue “is still under construction” tab appears. I have deactivated and deleted every “under construction” plugin but this tab doesn’t seem to go away. I deactivated all plugins and themes and realised, this issue only happens when i activate the woocommerce plugin.

    What is going on with my site?
