still unable to use tags, no answer to support ticket after 2 weeks

hi,

i am unable to use tags on my site and there has been no response to my support ticket after two weeks. i see that there are replies from robosoft on this forum from 3 days ago. sorry for replying here if i shouldn’t, but i’ve been waiting a very long time. even after upgrading. i spent money for a plugin that i can’t use properly on this site but it works fine on my other site. yes, i have the tag option turned on for the menu.
