Still Unable to Login….

Hello! Very new to wordpress here. I have wordpress installed on my new site (zackandben.com) but have been completely unable to log in.

First problem– do not know what my login information is. Before I began changing some things around, I could go to zackandben.com/wp_admin and see a login page. However, after following instructions here and changing my password in myPHPadmin>wp_users from a long list of numbers to something easier to remember, I can no longer access this login page. (Says “Page Not Found”)

Grrr.

I am under the impression that my username will be admin, correct?
Now…how the heck do i figure out my password and get that login page back?
