Still unable to find any new reviews

Are you getting any sort of error when you click the “Save Settings and Download” button? Does it download the reviews? Are you on version 8.4 of the plugin? If it does download the latest then it is your cron jobs that are messed up. If it doesn’t then it is the plugin. What is the TripAdvisor URL you are using?

Even the .com is not working.

It seems to be working fine for me. Unfortunately, there isn’t anything else I can do since I can’t replicate the error on my site. My guess would be TripAdvisor blocking the wp_remote_get call.

It could be the country you are in or something with your hosting provider. I’m not aware of anyone else having the issue currently, but I have run across it in the past before.

The topic was not resolved. I tried out onother plugin and that one works. So I delete yours, and now it is resolved for me.
