Still unable to add images into my post

    Hi,
    a while back I posted about being unable to insert images into my post (cant find it here – no search option) – and wanted to know whether you have found any solution for it?

    When I click “add media”… the page jumps a little (as though it has registered that I pressed the “add media” button… but then nothing happens.

    Considering the fact that I have a photography website… this is a huge problem!

    Hi, Emma. I’m not familiar with your previous thread, so forgive me if I suggest something you’ve already tried/done.

    If you have not already done so, could you please switch your theme to TwentyEleven temporarily and seeing if the problem goes away? If it does, then we know it’s a theme-related issue and can focus our efforts there.

    If not, then the next step is to deactivate plugins and see if the problem goes away.
