    Hello
Finally, after a few days, problem is not solved and is even worse.

80% of the orders in the last days have pickup time on NONE.

Even with Woocommerce Payments instead of Stripe, and in Checkout page with the test mode of Woocommerce payments, if i dont put a pickuptime, i have the error message that i have to select one.
    this is realy strange

@five5star OK, so the fact that you are seeing None as the pickup time might be some problem with the storage and retrieval of the pickup time value. What is your Time Zone, Offset, Date Format & Time Format set to in WordPress?

    (@five5star)

Well i never had problem before with your plugin. (and for some orders i have a pickuptimeset)

i might reinstall previous version no?

    Date format is (and has always been) : G \h i \m\i\n
    Time ZOne is Paris

I can’t even get the date/time selector to show up. All I get is an empty gray box when I select the Pickup Time * (required) dropdown. I have tried disabling all WooCommerce plugins except Shipping & Tax, because it’s required for checkout.

To see the issue first hand, you’ll have to add something to the cart first, then go to checkout.

@sltmunky69 did you set your pickup hours ??

not sure your issue is the same as mine

Perhaps not, but yes I did have the hours set. Apparently it doesn’t like when you set 0 as the Pickup Time Open Days Ahead. Thanks for your help!

@five5star I haven’t had a chance to do some testing with your time zone & format settings to see if that is somehow related. I hope to get to is soon.

    Hi,

I have the same issue as @five5star.
There is an empty field in the schedule selection. However, I have disabled the Stripe extension.
The customer can choose the empty field.

The problem wasn’t present with version 1.3.12 of your module, even with Stripe, but recently we cannot validate the order

i stay at the 1.3.12 version to avoid any problems

As indicated before with only WordPress, WooCommerce, this plugin, and the Storefront theme the issue you report can’t be reproduced. Also, to be sure you haven’t checked the new setting that disables the required field check correct? I will double check that the new setting that allows the field to not be required isn’t being checked incorrectly.
