    Hiya- the popup is still showing on mobile even tho in settings I have selected desktop. Am I doing something wrong

    @louisedonnellydavey Are you user you have set the popup to display only on mobile devices? Just checked your site and looks like it is set to display on all devices.

    Please go to Campaign Settings, and scroll down to the Audience section, click the Devices button, and select Desktop. Then update the campaign.

    Hi – yes, I’ve done this. But it’s still showing on mobile.

    @louisedonnellydavey If you are using a cache plugin, try clearing the cache of the cache plugin, and then clear the browser cache.

    Hmmm Ive tried purging the cache and clearing browser cachce – still showing for me.. can you please check?

    @louisedonnellydavey Now its working fine. If you are trying to simulate how it looks on mobile devices by resizing your browser, try refreshing the page after resizing the window and it should work.

    You can also use a phone to test if it works.
