Still showing comments

  • So… the plugin says the comments were deleted, and they are not showing up but the alert that they are comments still shows up and the same for the pending comments. Are they actually deleted?

    Did you try refreshing the dashboard ? Do you still see them ?

    Yes that was the first thing I did. I also logged out and logged back in..

    I have the same issue, I still see the counter, no comments at all though.

    How can I fix it?

    Mine just fixed itself after a week or so….. I did try clearing my cache, logging out/in, all of that. It looks like they updated the plugin so maybe try to update yours on WordPress to see if it worked for you.

    A bit late to the conversation but I fixed this issue today.
    After using a shabby delete all comments plugin, I could still see 1200 pending comments (that did not actually exist anymore) and still had the red bubble alerting me to them.

    I looked at this post and thought, why not add a comment?

    So I posted a temporary comment on a blog post and that cleared the issue.

    Way better solution than using phpmyadmin or heidisql!
