Still see login form when logged in

Hi,
I have the following shortcode preceding a form on a page:
[theme-my-login register_template=”my-register-form.php”]Before the upgrade to 6.3.6, after logging in it just said Welcome username, profile link, logout link.
Now when I’m logged in the form stays at the top of the page.
Any ideas? Thank you.
