Still Reviewing

Why not just review after you’ve tried it again? Better still, why not email us for help if you’re having issues? ??

That was the plan but you have a pop up window appearing in every screen that requests a review, twitter or email sign up. Assumed if I added a review the pop up would go away. No dice. I’ll remove this and re-review after we’ve given it another go if you can help me get rid of the pop up window. I’ve hit cancel and close several times with no luck.

Aha, thanks for this insight—that’s good to know. The popup suppression behavior is improved in the next release, it’s a bug that causes the plugin to keep popping up like that. I know it’s annoying, sorry.

I’d be very happy to fix the popup issue for you, can you email us with FTP access so I can take care of it?

I’d need direct access to test the solution, sorry. If that’s not an option then you can wait for the next release which should be available soon.

yeah it’s fine for now. once we update the settings we’ll not need to deal with the popup.
