    I have unchecked the “New User notification to admin” box on the plugin, but am still receiving new user notifications to admin.

    What are some hypotheses as to why this wouldn’t be functioning correctly? It’s not quite high enough priority to have a full dev evaluation with no plugins active, etc. so I’m hoping there could be common causes for this error.

    @sweber0806 and @botounami It will be really helpful for my to debug the problem if you could send me which plugins you have installed. Probably a plugin that manages users could be the issue here.

    We also have this problem. Maybe one of these plugins is the cause

    Expire Users
    User Role Editor
    User Switching

    hi @ottomanninen, @botounami, I’ve tested the plugin in a clean WP 5.6 install and when I uncheck ‘New user notification to admin’ this e-mail is blocked as expected when I create a new user. I’ve also installed the plugins: Expires Users, User Role Editor, User Switching and after activating the plugins, I’ve created a new user and the e-mail is still blocked as expected. I want to help, but I can not reproduce the problem you are experiencing ?????♂?

    Same problem for me I still receiving “New User” notifications

    We use Ninja Forms and Ninja Forms User Management (https://ninjaforms.com/extensions/user-management/)

    > Users are not created with the standard way (/wp-admin/user-new.php) but they are created with a form

    EDIT: sorry it was a notification from Ninja Forms!
