Still receiving critical error

    I am still getting critical error when creating the form. I deactivated the plugin, deleted it and reinstalled it. I turned on the remove all data option before deactivating. I am still getting the error. I have not used this plugin to raise funds. I have only test data. I noticed that the following tables were not removed: wp_give_log, wp_give_migrations and wp_give_revenue. Please help.
