Still receiving a lot of spam

  • Hello,

    I installed the addon on a site of a customer to get rid of all the spam they are getting from the contact form.
    But they are still getting as much spam as they got before.

    Do you know what could be the problem of this?

    Hi Geert-Jan,

    Have you added the Google reCaptcha score field within the plugin?

    This will add the score the each submission sent. If the score is high (above 0.5) but the spam is getting through it means that Google do not see it as spam.

    Add this field and leave for a while. let me know the outcome.
