Still problem with CF7 5.0 and Acceptance and Submit

The latest version of Bootstrap for Contact Form 7 cleared up dead submit buttons on those of my forms without an Acceptance field. But the Submit button on my form with an Acceptance field is still dead. All worked OK prior to CF7 5.0. Can you help, please?

We have the same issue which you described. Submit is always disabled.
