Still not working properly.

  • How is Facebook enforcing Checkout on Facebook when they can’t offer a a plugin that works properly when you use that option. None of my quantities are syncing. Its been months since this issue has been happening.

    I have taken what you said into consideration and increased my rating but you aren’t going to get 5 stars from me until you can offer a plugin that is fully functioning.

    I agree that Facebook shouldn’t enforce its Facebook Checkout option for Woo merchants until this plugin is compatible with it.

    However, I’d like to clarify that this plugin is developed and supported by us at WooCommerce. We’ve put in a lot of work to ensure the plugin works as expected, and we’re in touch with Facebook trying to work out a solution for its Checkout requirements.

    Please note that when you leave a review for this plugin, it’s not actually for Facebook but for the plugin itself which is developed by us at WooCommerce. We value our users’ reviews and only ask that the reviews reflect their experience with the plugin, not decisions on Facebook’s end which we have absolutely no control over.
