I’m sorry that the plugin is still not working great in your store. We took over the plugin development and support a few months ago, and are working hard to improve the plugins features and functionality going forward.
I was trying to see if I could see a support request from yourself so that I could take a closer look at what might not be working, as we certainly do have a lot of merchants using the plugin without issue! Unfortunately, I can’t seem to see a request for support here, did you happen to contact us directly?
If you’d like me to take a look at the problems that you’re still encountering, I’d be happy to. Otherwise, if you’d rather not troubleshoot at this time, that’s okay too. I hope you will give us another chance as we continue to improve the plugin!
