    Hello, we were in touch a few months ago. Plugin is still not working.

    1- I do the setup
    2- It works fine
    3- When I reload it’s not working anymore

    Demo mode is inactive;
    X API Key and Place ID are both set and valid;
    X Five or more reviews retrieved from Google.

    @fupfac Thanks for getting in touch about this. It does seem like there is a basic on-going issue here rather than anything newly introduced.

    @fupfac As I haven’t heard from you yet, please check one of the following common issues:

    1. Your billing details need to be updated. This usually happens when a card expires.
    2. Your Place ID has changed – Google Maps did announce some changes here, so please double-check your Place ID is correct.
    3. Your place is now a coverage area (SAB) and the Place API will no longer send through data as a result of this change. Please change it back to a single location.
    4. Your web host’s IP has changed or you’ve moved to a new web host. Please update the IP Restriction accordingly.
    5. You may need to regenerate the API Key (unlikely to help)
