    Hi

I have just installed CM E-Mail Registration Blacklist version 1.3.4, and have set it to whitelist a few chosen domains, however I have just gotten a spam registration from a gmail account.

So, in the general options for the plugin I have selected whitelist AND free domain list. Will that solve the problem, or is there something else that needs to be done?

    Hi,

What registration method you’re using? The built-in WordPress registration or something else? Because our plugin is not compatibile with all of the registration methods (some of them are not using the standard filters).

    Hi,

In this case, it’s really weird that it didn’t work. So I have some more questions:

Do you have any other plugins which may hook into the registration process?
Could you try to replicate the issue after disabling other plugins then ours?
Could you send us the screenshots of the settings?

    Hi

As a matter of fact I have installed other plugins previously to try and solve my spam registration issue. I will try deactivating them and see if that solves it for me.

    Thanks for your assistance
