• If anyone can help, I’d so appreciate it! The admin and the user (from any email address – gmail or otherwise from any of my customers) are not receiving the confirmation emails when an appointment is made so we have no idea of knowing when an appointment has been booked! I’ve tried the suggestions of the various types of emails and I’ve deleted and re-entered the admin email with different accounts and still no luck. The website is:https://www.bridalbar.com/lacalendar/ (password appointment) and I’ve run tests (we are closed early mornings so I’ve been testing those time slots with no luck). The appointments appear in the calendar and backend calendar but no emails are going out. Help! Thanks in advance!!

Can you confirm if the other system emails are being received?

For example wordpress sends a notification when a new comment is posted. Are you able to receive the system emails?

wpweddings, if it’s any consolation, you’re not the only one. Nothing wrong with my email, get them fine. I also have an auto responder service I run through the site, no problems there. The appointment software itself is not sending out the confirmation emails.

I’m using wp3.92. Too bad because this really looked like an excellent program. Did everything I needed but without the confirmation email, I’m going to have to find something else.

If you figure out the solution, please let me know.

Yup I too am having problem with the emails function.
All options, wp mail, php and SMTP do not work?
All other plugins are using email correctly and I have checked spam folders in emails.
    Please advise ASAP.
Or at least tell me where in the code I can hardcode this myself.

    Thanks

I have encountered the same problem, the plugin it’s sending a Array instead of a String in the mail() params, i just change the array to a simple string and it worked

I love the plugin and the lite version suits my needs as small business on my own. And can’t bear the thought of giving it up cause emails are stuffing up.

When I first installed the plugin weeks ago, the emails were going to junk email in my hotmail account. But now Im not receiving any, neither are my potential clients. I don’t understand the last thread. More detail and I’ll give it a try?

    Thank you

If you where receiving email to junk folder, it is cause the email server or the email you use to send emails of you hosting was blacklisted.

If you have knowledge of PHP you may try a little test email to ensure it is not a problem with you hosting or server

if is not a problem with the server then you should check the plugin script

Your words of wisdom sunk in and I tried just changing it to my iCloud email and it was happy! notification emails are working! Thank you
