Still no emails!

If anyone can help, I’d so appreciate it! The admin and the user (from any email address – gmail or otherwise from any of my customers) are not receiving the confirmation emails when an appointment is made so we have no idea of knowing when an appointment has been booked! I’ve tried the suggestions of the various types of emails and I’ve deleted and re-entered the admin email with different accounts and still no luck. The website is:https://www.bridalbar.com/lacalendar/ (password appointment) and I’ve run tests (we are closed early mornings so I’ve been testing those time slots with no luck). The appointments appear in the calendar and backend calendar but no emails are going out. Help! Thanks in advance!!
