• This causes cache problems on the cart page, the products are not deleted when the session is closed or the cart is always empty after adding a new product. Tested on Storefront and Flatsome themes.

    Hi @marcooborv

Thanks for asking here. According to our tests, Breeze is working fine with WooCommerce. If you are a Cloudways customer, please make sure you have chosen “WordPress with WooCommerce” from the list while adding an application. It is because caching rules are pre-configured to work properly with a WooCommerce store.

If you have launched the simple WordPress and then installed WooCommerce plugin. You will require excluding a few URLs from Varnish.

Let us know if this helps.

    Hi @marcooborv

Did the above solution work for you? If not, there is another workaround. Navigate to Advanced Options -> Never Cache these URLs.

Kindly enter below URLs and the format should be like this:
    https://example.com/cart or https://example.com/cart
    https://example.com/checkout or https://example.com/checkout

Let us know if this helped you out.

@adeelkhan After applying the suggested fix, the plugin went back to working without errors. Thanks for the feedback!

@marcooborv We are happy to help you out. It would be great if you can update the rating as well ??

@adeelkhan I will do more testing before making this decision, what else made me upset was the response time for this, I think you should include this information prominently in the plugin’s documentation, just as others do. The Flatsome theme is one of the best selling for Woocommerce and maybe not only do I have this problem.

I’m using Cloudflare as CDN, any configuration recommendation optimized for it?
Again, there is no more detailed information for this topic. It’s strange that you have specific documentation for this CDN on the Cloudways servers, but they do not mention this in the plugin.

    Hi @marcooborv

Thanks for your feedback, we really appreciate it. We are working on improving our knowledge base for Breeze.

CloudFlare acts on its own, Breeze will not conflict with it ??

    @marcooborv
That’s a bit unreasonable, they got back to within 24hrs, pretty good for a free plugin.

@naresh11381 Actually not really, this week they released an update fixing some problems in the plugin, including what I mentioned about the cart and checkout pages. In addition, they also included the alert in their documentation on managing the vanish cache in the hosting panel Cloudways, something I mention in my complaint. As for the criterion of evaluation, I think it should be understood that each user has the right to own opinion. Your project scenario may be very different from my project and any company testing a beta is aware of this condition.

@marcooborv I have nothing to do with the plugin or Cloudways, I just saw the comment and got a bit annoyed as sometimes I feel people act all entitled rather than working productively with authors. Best of luck.

    Hi @marcooborv

We have launched Version 1.0.3-beta and this version has solved WooCommerce issues for everyone.

@marcooborv I had issues with Flatsome theme as well. It’s due to the way they do their cart. Fix is here: https://alan.fyi/cart-doesnt-work-with-flatsome-woocommerce-and-varnish/

I’m on Cloudways + Breeze + Varnish too.

How to remove all pages after /?
    eg: my-accont/*

For exclude all pages from my-accont/…

    its possible?
