  • Hey @winner-singh,

I ran Pagespeed and Gtmetrix test for your site.

As per Pagespeed, you need to resize the images, i.e the image used are bigger in dimension than the required size. https://monosnap.com/file/yygOCUbFjGDPdmZivB5N3NRzqMvsPD

For e.g. Pan-Cooked-Eggplant-Parmesan-Stacks recipe on your home page requires a image of size 196×135 px as per your theme design and the image loaded in here is: 564x846px which is way bigger than the required size.

In order to fix this, you need to modify your theme code and use the proper image sizes.

    Hope that’s helpful.

    Cheers, Umesh

    should i use this plugin?

Yeah the image is optimised, but google is complaining about the increase in page size because of larger image dimension and not the unoptimised images.

So say if you’ve a image 2000x1200px which is 400 Kb ( After Optimisation ), and image size need to be displayed is 200x120px which is 40Kb ( After Optimisation ) in size, so instead of using the larger image you need to modify code to use the smaller image.

    Cheers
