still having problems withcustomizer

  • every time i go t o the customizer i get an infinite log in loop…i deactivated all plugins and tried using the 2015 theme. i also reset the plugins by renaming the folder, the customizer then works but not after i change the plugins folder name back. i also tried clearing cache and cookies multiple times. is there anything else i could try before having to reinstall and revert to a backup?
