Hi, since the nonce has been added, I have been having issues with it.
My site is hosted on siteground and I have disabled the cache for that specific page both on SG optimizer plugin and on the CDN.

when I test with curl -IX GET https://mysite.com/form
    x-cache-enabled is FALSE
    x-proxy-cache is MISSED
so I think it is safe to say the cache is not issue.

What else could be wrong? thanks in advance.

    Hello @igarciaoliver ,

Our latest update will fix the nonce issue, you don’t need to disable any cache from the server or plugin.

Are you using the current version? if yes may I know the link to your site where the form was added?

Also, please explain the error or provide any screenshot for reference.

    Thanks.

hi @glenwpcoder, thanks for the quick reply.
The plugin is updated to the latest version and so it the WP version.

The error can be reproduced 24 (or 48) hours after the cache was last cleared so it might work but eventually it won’t, I keep fixing it by clearing the cache every 2 days but it is not a sustainable solution.

Like I wrote on the initial post, I have already added the page to the cache exceptions and it is not cached but somehow clearing the cache solves it? I cannot understand what i going on there.

    Thanks in advance!

I’ve added a solution on my last release to check if the nonce is valid or not and if it’s expired it will automatically create a new one.

I’m not sure why it’s not working on your site, can you email ([email protected]) me once the issue will occur again and don’t clear the cache immediately so I can see the issue.
