Still Having issue since changing to Spectra

I am having major issues and have posted UAG or spectra have asked how this is happening or what causes it. However, I cannot find what has caused it every time i think its sorted this happens again. I now have over 350 404 errors and they are all UAG plugin issues and ive been having this issue since Spectra came on the scene. Please help because im losing the will to live and its really affecting the site
