Still having dashboard formatting trouble

I recently had my site hacked and flooded with some nasty code, which was redirecting visitors to a site which was attempting to infect them with a trojan.

I completely wiped all of my files, and then reinstalled wordpress and my theme. Everything seems to be ok except that my dashboard is still appearing like a sitemap. I was working on my Macbook yesterday (with firefox) and it didn’t seem to be much of a problem. I could click add new post, or edit appearance or whatever and then I would go to that section and everything would appear normal.

However, today I am working on a PC (again with firefox) and I can’t seem to do anything. Everything is appearing unformatted no matter what I do and can’t post anything new cos it’s all messed up.
