Still have grey instead of thumbnails, 2.10.2

Hi,
2.10.2 didn’t fix this for me. I went back to 2.10.0 and again, the thumbnails were visible on my live site.

Another possible important thing that was driving me crazy: I found that when I changed the plugin version, suddenly I got 404 on every link in the gallery. I finally fixed that be re-saving permalinks. Whew!

The link I provided is to the test site with 2.10.2, still lacking thumbnails.
