Still Error "Unable to parse the p12 file" but everything is correct?

Hey there,
i did all what is inside the documentation and followed every single step. Also i tested if the file is downloadable through google drive and it is. But still i get this error message.
What else can i do? I also tried my webspace as host, same error.
