Still didn’t received my zip file through e-mail

    Hi!

    I purchased premium and I still didn’t receive my zip file via e-mail. I did received the confirmation of paiement and the amount of money has been took from my bank account.

    I checked in my spam and it’s not there either… How long is it supposed to take?
