    I have been trying for weeks with your tech help and now I get no response. You all asked for access to my site. So I gave you admin access to my staging site. Still cannot upload a feed because I get this error. Upload Failed: Shipping template does not exist. Click here to fetch/create shipping templates. After updating the default template it still gives me the same error. FIX THIS!

    We are sorry to hear that you are facing these inconvenices.

    It is to let you know that the plugin can import only fixed shipping profiles from Etsy at the moment.

    So, in order to upload your feed please create a fixed shipping profile on Etsy and fetch it from the plugin.
