Still can't login to my admin panel

I have not been able to log into my admin panel for my site. I can get to my site files via FTP, however when I go to log into my admin it doesn’t recognize my info. My username and password have not changed in years so I know I am typing in the correct info. When I click on the lost password link it tells me that my email address is not recognized. What do I do? I need to get into my site.
