• 6 WEEKS AGO I purchased Ultimate Member Tabs Pro.
    The guys at Plus Plugins seem to refuse to serve me. It’s a disgrace!
    I PURCHASED the plugin. With Money! I have even asked for a refund and heard nothing back from them.
    I’m going to have to go further with this and look into some action. You told me that it’s not your responsibility even though these guys create YOUR plugin which is made exactly for your membership site.

    How would you feel if you were me? Sure…surely you have some understanding.
    I don’t want to have to take action against you guys or Plus PLugins but if necessary I will. What would YOU do if you were me? What would you THINK if you were me?

    Plus Plugins closed my ticket and haven’t replied. There’s still no way for me to get the plugin to work. I either need them to refund me so I can start again or give me a new license key – there isn’t anywhere in setting where I can put the license key in.

    Please can you get in touch with PLus Plugins (because they have made it IMPOSSIBLE) to contact them or ignore me completely. And tell them to serve me. I’m a decent person. I can’t believe a company would treat someone like this. I am right by the way…put yourself in my shoes.

    PS: What Plus Plugins have done is ILLEGAL internationally and I will be taking legal actions agast them unless they correct the situation. I will find a way.

    Ultimate Member Tabs Pro is a third-party plugin developed by PlusPlugins( not us ). We cannot provide support for third-party and premium plugins in the free support forum.
