Still Bugs/Issues with Latest Version

Just got done troubleshooting a website that is running Directorist and had some major bugs when trying to update to 7+.

Here is what I’ve done as far as troubleshooting goes:

Turned off all other plugins – did not matter, bugs persist
Tried WordPress default theme – could not get plugin to work at all (did not show up at all with the shortcode). I would be happy to test this again with other free theme if you can suggest one where you know it works.
Tried just placing the shortcode [directorist_search_listing] on a new test page – result produced a “forbidden” you don’t have access to view this page error inexplicably.
Tried completely deleting all plugin files and reinstalling – same bugs

NOTE: We had to roll back to 6.5 to get it functioning again on the website (https://dentagrafix.com/find-a-doctor/ – so check here to see how it’s supposed to function).

Oddly enough, console still shows errors, even once we rolled back to the 6.5 version that works …

Lastly, when I try to access https://directorist.com/documentation/directorist/ I get a 502 bad gateway error. I wanted to check shortcodes or look for any other clues as to why these issues might be happening.

Hopefully someone can help with this as it’s been going on ever since the 7 release.
