Sticky Video not autoplaying

    Can’t share the URL because the site is currently under development on a staging server. So my apologies on that. However, I’m trying to get my video (from Vimeo) to autoplay and it is working in the Elementor editor, but when I go to the live page, the video doesn’t play. I just see the play button and first frame. Changing the mute settings does nothing, which is not the case with Elementor’s own video widget. So why isn’t my video autoplaying? Is this a Vimeo issue? A server issue? I’m on Network Solutions using PHP 7.0 which is as far as NetSol will go.

    Hi, there. Well, that’s actually rather strange. Cause I have just tested EA Sticky Video with Vimeo and Autoplay mode on, it seems to be working fine. There might be something else that is causing an error. Have you tried checking YouTube Videos? Does it work?

    Besides, please check your browser console and let us know if you are seeing any errors. You can also try regenerating assets from Essential Addons Tools and check back.

    I did try switching to YouTube, but it did the same thing. No autoplay.

    It seems like there’a conflict. Can you please try deactivating all the plugins except for Elementor and EA? Also, please swtich to a different theme and let me know how it goes.

    I already did that. There are not any.

    I’m also having this issue, but also with mute and loop. Autoplay, mute and loop are not working. Has anyone found a solution for this?
