"Sticky" URL…

    I’ve been using your (wonderful) plugin and keep coming across a slight bug which I’d like to fix with you.

    Whenever I try to insert a new shortcode, the URL section is never empty and keeps track og former documents or media inserted. It’s quite annoying because if someone does not take care, he/she will insert the wrong document or media. The plugin behaves as if it was keeping memory of the previous commands without cleaning tke URL section.

    Can you help me fixing this problem once and for all?
