    Is there anyway to achieve sticky toc with elementor? I couldnt find any way to achieve it.

    I have found a workaround solution for you in the meantime, so no need to share your single doc URL.
    Navigate to Edit Doc Table of Content -> Advanced -> Motion Effects -> Sticky -> Top
