Sticky that works with 2.1?

I had been using Adhesive 3.2 but after 2 hours screwing with my site trying to figure out what was wrong with my code I discoved that the plugin broke the site! D’oh!
Lesson learned.
So now I need a new way to keep two posts on the front page (preferabbly in an order I want A-B or B-A).
Is there anything out there that works with WP 2.1?
