    Hi @coolest77

I hope you’re well today and than you for contacting us!

I understand that this is about Forminator but could you, please, elaborate a bit on this?

By record do you mean some form submissions? If yes
    – related form still exists or was removed?
    – you cannot delete that submission even manually via Forminator -> Submissions page?
    – is there any error showing up when you try to remove it?

Or do you mean an actual record in the DB (that’s not necessarily showing up on “Forminator -> Submissions” page)? If yes
    – what’s that record (note: if there are any personal/sensitive information, please strip or mask them)?
    – in what DB table?
    – what happens when you try to remove it?

Or is it yet something else? Please advise so we would get better picture of the issue.

    Kind regards,
    Adam

Thank you for your reply, I tried to delete all records in a form but in review screen I see ever one record that doesn’t exist in the details.

    Check out this screenshot

    Hello Sanson,

It looks like the screenshot is missing, since direct image uploads are not supported on this forum.

Could you please share it using 3rd-party services instead, such as:

    Hi @coolest77

    Thank you for response!

I sincerely apologize if I’m missing something here but what is on the screenshot is not any leftover or “sticky” record.

It’s just an empty list of records. The “ID”, “Fecha de envio”, “Nombre” and “Apellido” are just list headers. This is normal and expected.

There is an existing form and, aside form automatically generated ID, it has those “Fecha de envior”, “Nombre” and “Apellido” fields on it. They are displayed there as column headers for the list.

The screenshot shows just that and no any “sticky” record.

    Kind regards,
    Adam

Please check the image to the previous post, it has a preview page where you can see number of records received, it always show a number ONE (1) no matter if you deleted all previous?records.

    Hi @coolest77,

I noticed the screenshot is pointing to empty submissions, however, it should have displayed a message that there isn’t any submission which isn’t the case. One of the possibilities would be due to object cache, do you have cache enabled on the server side?

Please check with your hosting provider and see whether clearing the object cache makes any difference or not.

If clearing the cache doesn’t bring much difference, then possible to provide us with with the form export so that we can check and see how it behaves on our side?

Please check the following doc on how to export a form:

    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud service in the next reply.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,
