    Hi there,

    Good to see you on the Rate my Post support forum. Please read and follow these guidelines before opening a new thread:

    Before asking for support:

    Step 1:
    Check out Frequently Asked Questions.

    Step 2:
    Search the documentation.

    Step 3:
    Do a search in this support forum.

    Step 4:
    Clear the cache (page cache, minify cache, CDN cache such as CloudFlare etc.). Then open an incognito window and see if the problem has been solved – some hosting providers use caching on the backend and thus it’s important that you are logged out when you test).

    Step 5:
    Switch to a default WordPress theme (Twenty Seventeen) and test again. I’ll be happy if you let me know about incompatible themes in the support forum.

    Step 6:
    Disable all other plugins except for Rate my Post itself, retest, and re-activate plugins until the issue occurs. This will help you find the incompatible plugin. I’ll be happy if you let me know about incompatible plugins in the support forum.

    Step 7:
    If appearance is the issue, include a link to your website for debugging purposes.

    Customization:

    I will try to help with basic customization but this will mostly consist out of guiding you to the right place for finding help. This forum is mostly focused on resolving issues with plugin’s intended functionality.

    Feature requests:

    If the feature is in the scope of the plugin, open a thread in the forum. The feature might get noted in my to-do list and included in one of the future versions.

    Bug reports:

    If you spot a bug don’t hesitate to open a thread in the support forum.
