Sticky Post in Wp All Import

if post is in category named “Featured” than make that post sticky.
i have tried adding below code to functions.php

add_action( 'save_post', 'mark_post_sticky' );
function mark_post_sticky( $post_id ) {

    if ( !wp_is_post_revision( $post_id ) && !isset($_POST['sticky']) &&
        in_category('Featured',$post_id) ) {

        $_POST['sticky'] = 'sticky';        
    }
}

but wp all import is not creating sticky post.

You can use the stick_post() function for this. I’d also suggest using our pmxi_saved_post hook instead: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/developers/action-reference/.

Example snippet:

add_action( 'pmxi_saved_post', 'mark_post_sticky', 10, 3 );
function mark_post_sticky( $post_id, $xml, $update ) {
    if ( in_category( 'Featured', $post_id) ) {
        stick_post( $post_id );        
    }
}
