Sticky nav logo shown from top, except on the startpage?

I’m using the sticky navigation in the GP Premium pack. I’m using it as the header on the site. And I’m having my logo in it. And it works nicely on the startpage with the hiding of the logo when it’s at the top of the page. Because I have a huge logo over the whole page on the startpage. But on all other pages I would like the sticky logo to be shown all the time.

I tried to add the .stick-navigation class to the navigation element but that was removed by the JS-code when the page was loaded. So is there another way to make this possible?
