    How do i disable the sticky menu or trigger the sticky on load?

    When you scroll down and the page is not tall enough, the sticky kicks in, but that changes the size of the page which is below the threshold of the scroll to activate the sticky so it jumps back. This makes it nearly impossible for some users to scroll to the footer and making the whole screen jump up and down by 200 pixels until they give up scrolling and just go to another site.
